- Emphasizes the characters facial expressions and their emotions but also shows the emotional impact that tense situations have on the character



Two Shot:

- Can display dialogue between 2 characters but also hint to a potential relationship and familiarity between the characters because of how close they are to each other
 Bird's Eye :

-  Give us a Bird's Eye View of the setting and gives us the bigger picture but can show the scale of just how big something is by making it look small and insignificant

Mise-en-Scene: CLAMPS


Costume
- He is wearing a Suit and tie so he may be a business man or someone of importance

Lighting:
- The lighting is dim and the main light source is the coming from a bulb/Science experiment  contraption so he could be a Scientist

Actor Placement:
- He is in the middle of the frame

Make Up and Hair:
- He isn't wearing any Make up and his hair is average

Props:
- He is surrounded by Futuristic looking inventions
Setting:
- It looks like he is in a laboratory so he could be Scientist

Establishing Shot:

- Provides context like location, time of day and and the intensity of the shot ,also shows us where the following scene is going to take place

      Denotation and Connotation Analysis Denotations: - There is a boy, looking at the camera. There is a tagline that says " Dig toilets, Not graves" - In the background there is a mud wall and a blurry village behind the boy Connotations: - The photo suggest the boy lives in poverty and judging off of his facial expressions he is sad or angry. - From the background, the use of a mud wall emphasises his struggle and poverty which is supposed to make audiences pity this boy, but it also highlights the text which illustrates the narrative that this boy will likely die without help (the charity) which makes this ad more effective - The positioning of the boy next to the text looking sad is supposed to make audiences or anyone who comes across this ad to feel sympathetic towards the boy and want the help him.
